Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the ragi flour, milk, mashed banana, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Heat ghee or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop batter with spoonful onto the skillet, forming pancakes about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
