Milllet Soup

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Foxtail Millet1/4 cup mixed vegetables (Beetroot, Carrot. Beans)2 cups Water2 cloves Garlic (roughly chopped)1/2 tsp Pepper Powder1/4 tsp Oregano1 big Chopped OnionSalt to taste Instructions: Rinse the millet wellChop the vegetables and make it readyIn a pressure cooker, heat oil - add onion, garlic and sauté till slightly brownedThen add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minsAdd required salt, pepper and oregano and sautéAdd the millet and give a quick stirPressure cook for 5 whistles in low medium flame.
